Project Management Services for Five Natural Gas Projects
of Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator (DESFA) S.A.
The project concerns the provision of project management services for six (6) separate natural gas projects partially funded under the European Union Community Support Framework III. These projects consist of three (3) high pressure (80 barg) pipelines, two (2) metering stations feeding the power plants at Aluminium of Greece (A.D.G.) and PPC Aliveri and the compressor station at Nea Messimvria. More specifically: High Pressure Gas Pipeline Mavroneri – Antikyra: NPS 20”, 29 Km, material API 5L-X65, design pressure 70 barg, cathodic protection system, 2 scraper stations High Pressure Gas Pipeline to West Thessalia (Ambelia – Karditsa – Trikala) NPS 10”, 72 Km, material API 5L-X65, design pressure 70 barg, cathodic protection system, 3 line valve stations along the route and 2 scraper stations, relocation of two M/R stations and RCC system. High Pressure Pipeline to Aliveri (Evia Island) NPS 20”, 58 Km onshore and 14 Km offshore (marine crossing), material API 5L-X65, design pressure 80 barg, cathodic protection system, 3 line valve stations along the route and 2 scraper stations Metering Station at ADG Installation of Metering Station to feed the power plant in the industry “Aluminium of Greece” (A.D.G.) at Aspra Spitia, Viotia with max capacity 100,000 Nm3/h and installation of RCC system Metering Station at PPC Aliveri (Evia Island) Installation of metering station to feed the PPC power plant at Aliveri with max capacity 160,000 Nm3/h and installation of RCC system Nea Messimvria Compressor Station Installation of two gas turbine driven compressors with absorbed power 7.5 MW each, operating flow range from 257,400 to 445,800 Nm3/h and pressure ratio 1.12 to 1.87. |
