The project concerns the reconstruction of the existing manufacturing plant of 8,000 m2 total covered area and the general services building of 1,055 m2 total covered area, construction of new facilities, including finished goods warehouse of 3,800 m2 total covered area and 11m height, refinery building of 2,300 m2 total covered area and 16m height, deodorizing tower of 25m height, refinery services building of 750 m2 total covered area, tank farm of 2,000 m2 total covered area, utility systems, steel pipe racks, as well as surrounding area works (landscaping, underground networks, paving) in a plot of 100,000 m2 total surface. The project also includes the relocation of edible oil and margarine production units from Moschato, Attica to Schimatari.
