Renovation of the existing Warehouse No 1, located at the A’ pier of Thessaloniki port and interior arrangement to a multi usage hall of 1.655 m2 total covered area, with auditorium of 450 seats for conferences, concerts, theater shows and cinema, full complex of a theatrical scene with dressing rooms and auxiliary spaces, entrance hall, refreshment room, arrangements for exhibitions at the foyer, utilities area at the ground floor, reconstruction of the roof, reinforcement of the structural elements and the perimetric brickworks, installation of wind bracings, as well as surrounding area works, including underground networks, etc.
