Brief Project Description
Costa Navarino is a prime, sustainable destination in Greece’s southwest Peloponnese. The Project concerned the development of the integrated tourist resort “NAVARINO RESORTS – Navarino Dunes” located at Romanos (Southwest Peloponnese on the Messinian Peninsula near Pylos), the largest tourist development in Greece in recent years.
It has since become W Costa Navarino marking the debut of the W Hotels brand in Greece.
The Project engaged two (2) main Contractors, over 100 Subcontractors and approximately 280 Vendors.
