EVIKOS Euphoria Retreat
Euphoria Retreat - Hospitality & Spa Destination in Mystras, Lakonia, Greece.
Brief Project Description
The Retreat is located at the foot of the cliff of the Byzantine castle-settlement of Μystras, one of the most important cultural sites in the Peloponnese in the outskirts of Sparta (Lakonia, Greece). The general layout consists of new and existing building complexes with traditional wooden roofs or planted terraces, open-air spaces, a privately-owned forest and various types of landscape.
The Project involved: remodeling and restoration of the “Archondiko Sarsendi” (19th century), construction of buildings (restaurant, bar, shops, reception, rooms and suites, auxiliary staff areas, administration offices, parking area and all supporting infrastructure), construction of the Spa (with facilities for holistic therapy and massaging), outdoor and indoor pools exercising halls, gym and variety of other activities.
