Brief Project Description
The Project concerned the implementation of all required engineering activities, for the Foundation’s facilities/infrastructure to achieve compliance with the relevant legislation and issue an Operation Permit.
The Hospice, a non-profit foundation, sits on an outstanding plot in the center of Athens, and consists of a building complex with outdoor spaces. The buildings belong to different eras of construction, originating in 1832 and continuing until 1974.

- Total plot surface: 9.300 m².
- Total building area: 8.150 m².
- Capacity for up to 170 patients and 100 people personnel.
- Six wings for medical treatment.
