DESFA awards H2DRIA EIA to C&M ENGINEERING-ASPROFOS

DESFA’s open tender inquiry, awards the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Study for the High-Pressure Hydrogen Pipeline H2DRIA to the Consortium C&M ENGINEERING-ASPROFOS S.A.

Hydrogen Pipeline H2DRIA extends for approximately 575 km, traversing a variety of terrain, from flat agricultural areas to mountainous regions, rivers and road infrastructure.  It follows a cross-country vertical route through 5 Regions, 10 Regional Units and 23 Municipalities, running from the Peloponnese to Central Macedonia where it reaches the Greek-Bulgarian border.

The EIA for ETA Issuance of the Hydrogen Pipeline H2DRIA and its facilities shall be in line with national and European legislation as well as DESFA’s Stakeholder Engagement Standards.
