TERNA-METKA commission C&M ENGINEERING for Aenaon Park

The contract for the construction of the Aenaon Metropolitan Park at Faliron Bay, was signed between the Region of Attica and the Consortium TERNA-METKA-ΙLIOCHORA-ELEMKA, led by GEK TERNA & METLEN, paving the way for work to begin on one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Attica.

Within the context of the Project, the Consortium TERNA A.E.-METKA ATE commission C&M ENGINEERING to provide Detailed Engineering Design Services on specific project components.

Construction will include landscaping and environmental works, new public service buildings, underground parking, upgrades to existing structures, pedestrian bridges, internal road works and electromechanical installations.

The Region of Attica has integrated ‘Aenaon’ into its master plan to reconnect the City of Athens with the coastal front of Faliron Bay.

PREMIMINARY PROJECT DATA : 

  • Total area of the Park: 536.860 sqm.
  • New Building Facilities : 3.957 m2.
  • Green Infrastructure : 19.000 sqm.
