DESFA Nea Messimvria-Evzoni/Gevgelija Pipeline H₂ Ready
Detailed Engineering, Procurement of Materials and Construction of the High-Pressure Pipeline Nea Mesimvria-Evzoni/Gevgelija.
Brief Project Description
The Project entails a High-Pressure Pipeline in Northern Greece for the supply of natural gas from the NNGTS to the Greek / North Macedonia border. The Project aims at providing diversification of routes and sources for natural gas to North Macedonia, through existing as well as future entry points of the NNGTS.
This HP Pipeline has a total length of approximately 54 km, starting from the existing O&M Station of Nea Messimvria, downstream to the existing Compressor Station, and terminating at the Interconnection Point near the Evzoni border crossing. This Pipeline will be part of the Greek National Natural Gas Transmission System (NNGTS).
