Brief Project Description

The project concerned the construction of a Production Plant consisting of three Production Units, CAMEL (shoe polish), SANITAS (aluminum foil), SARANTIS COSMETICS, as well as Office and Administration facilities, a finished goods warehouse, a supplementary production building, utility systems consisting of waste water treatment plant, pump-house for water supply/fire fighting, drivosol tanks, water supply tanks, alcohol tanks, hvac building, drilling pump-house, as well as surrounding area works (landscaping, U/G networks, paving). The project included the relocation of existing production units to Inofyta, Voitia in Greece.

Finished goods warehouse: 15.000 m².
Supplementary production building: 552 m².
