Brief Project Description
MINERVA, one of the largest food companies in Greece, with significant export activity, has started out in the olive oil sector in the early 1900’s.
The Project concerned the reconstruction of an existing manufacturing plant as well as the relocation of edible oil and margarine production units from Moschato (in Attica, Greece) to Schimatari (in Voitia, Greece).
